Food

I'm not a chef, but I carry around a small leather bound journal to write down recipes and other food related things in. There's a few pages in there about flavor profiles and culturally oriented spices. It helps me remember things that spark my curiosity. Connection to food is what makes us human, that connection is why I decided at twenty six years old to learn to hunt. It's why I have a whole bunch of cook books and it's why I'm fascinated by good food. The images below are some I've taken on my journey into a richer culinary experience
